Background

Thomas Human is the founder of Thomas Human Attorneys. He has 15 years legal experience and started his career as an Industrial Relations Specialist at a reputable national consulting firm.

In December 2012 Thomas resigned from a senior role to open his own practice in 2013.

Being passionate about labour law, Thomas Human Attorneys’ focus has always been to assist employers in labour law compliance and influencing employers to make the right decisions in workplace discipline, performance management, operational requirements, collective bargaining and litigation. Our firm also focuses on building over the top client relations and strives to fully understand each client’s operations to conclude a sound and objective judgement on internal employee relations matters.
